4F visited Holland Park!

Yesterday we went on an exciting school trip to Holland Park in West London

We took the tube from Woodford to Holland Park station - It was 20 stops!

The journey was slow but we kept ourselves busy by playing games and reading books.

When we finally arrived, we sat down in a lovely grass area and had a snack.

Next, we visited the toilets and explored the grounds.

We saw some beautiful gardens and plants - it was like we were in our very own secret garden like the book are reading in English.

Next, we visited the Japanese garden. We saw a beautiful waterfall and coy fish swimming in the pond!

Soon enough it was time for lunch - something we were all very eager for!

After eating, we got to visit the part of the park that we were all waiting for… the adventure playground!

The play equipment was so much fun - there were climbing frames, slides, swings… even a zip line!

We were having so much fun that before we knew it, it was time to head back to school.

It was a long day but the sun was shining and we had lots of fun - check out the blog to see photos of our experience.
